How it works:
The catalogue will be published online on Saturday 26th June (click on the links at the bottom of the page to view), and public viewing at the auction house begins on the same day at 11am.
You must register before you can place a bid, you can do so in person at Lyon and Turnbull Auctioneers, 33 Broughton Place, Edinburgh, or by phone on the numbers listed below. When you register you will be given a unique bidder number which you should state when placing a bid. The price shown in the catalogue is the estimated price that a piece of work would normally be on sale for in a gallery.
You can place a bid in person at Lyon and Turnbull Auctioneers, by phone on the numbers listed below, or by email at the address shown below. When placing a bid you should state your unique bidder number, the catalogue number, artist and title of the piece you are bidding on. When you have placed your opening bid you will be told whether you have succesfully outbid the previous bidder.
You can view the works and place bids throughout the duration of the auction during the opening hours listed below. Viewing/bidding closes promptly at 1pm on Wednesday. You will be notified by telephone on Wednesday Afternoon whether your bid was succesful. Works should be collected from Lyon and Turnbull on Thursday 1st July between 10am and 4pm.
